Jennifer and Marcie are the most Awesome team players to make sure things are taken of and followed up on . This process to took a year but my mom was able to get in a senior facility that is taking care of her thanks to Jennifer and getting the care she deserves thanks to Marcie . The financial part was the hardest part of this journey . It’s A LOT OF TIME AND PATIENCE because the government doesn’t care period . I am eternally thankful to Jacob and his wonderful staff Marcie and Jennifer seeing us thru this difficult process. You can do this yourself if you have time but they know the process and will guarantee approval. You will have to get lots of info to them. Always returned calls within 24 hours.Susan Kasl2020-07-25I am forever grateful to Senior Planning for assisting me with getting my 92 year old Mom approved for ALTCS. When I first contacted Senior Planning, I thought it was a long shot. My Mother has been in assisted living for 3 years now and the money was running out, I had no where to turn. I gave them a call because I had read so many positive reviews. The process was long, there were many documents we needed to provide but we did what was asked of us. Be truthful with them and they will work tirelessly for you. We worked with both Jacob & Marcie in the beginning and then in the last 8 wks. or so it was all Marcie. This woman is amazing and loves what she does. She is excellent in keeping contact with you. She would call me to ask a question or two and sometimes she would just call to say "I haven't forgotten about you, just wanted to let you know where I am on the case." My mom has since been approved for ALTCS and we have Marcie to thank! I told her one day when this COVID goes away I want to meet her in person and give her a hug.
